Hi, I became a wiki editor a few weeks ago, and am wondering how I can update images that are outdated on the wiki. Also, I want to make my userpage look nicer, and I need to know how to make a boarder and put my profile picture as a image. Thanks!
1. Welcome to the Wiki! If you want to upload newer versions of old images, go to the file page, scroll to the bottom, and click “Upload a new version of this file.”
2. What do you mean by nicer? If you want to put a border, check out this. If you want to add an image, paste "[]."
Thanks!

They are allowed, but discouraged.
Edit: ninjad whyyy
It changed in 3.0. Now, Scratch uses HTML5.

It had all its data wiped and its join date got reset. Also, scratch wasn’t even around in 2000.
763: when is scratch 4.0 coming out? at 12:23:05 PM 22/9/20204438092
The developers are still working on 3.0, because it came out only two years ago, so it will probably be a long time. Also, the only reason 3.0 had to come out is because flash is being disconnected.

759: Automatic 'Troublemakers' list at 12:27:14 PM 21/9/20204435167
I don’t really think having a “trouble makers list” will really help with this because it is basically blocking people from being invited to the studio. Another thing that I am worried about is what if someone says on the troublemaker’s profile “HAHA I PUT YOU ON THE TROUBLEMAKERS LIST >”. Also, if someone raided your studio, that means they were a manager, and someone promoted them. It is better to only promote people you trust and instead of having a list, just don’t invite them to the studio.

Great idea, but it is also a duplicate. Please continue the discussion in that topic, so it all stays in one place, rather then scattered across the forums. I will ask a mod to close this.Message generated with leahcimto's duplicate message generator
757: Scratch blocks to Java translator? at 9:55:51 PM 20/9/20204434108
Sorry, this suggestion has been rejected.

The Official List of Rejected Suggestions wrote:

2.2 Text-based syntax in Scratch
Some users wish to code Scratch not with the blocks, but with typing code instead (similar to how more advanced programming languages work). Others are interested in an option to view, convert, or download Scratch code to other programming languages. However, the Scratch Team has discussed this possibility multiple times and has decided every time that it would not be beneficial for beginners or for teachers.

This suggestion extends to coding, viewing, converting, or downloading Scratch in any text-based language, including BBCode, Javascript, some form of pseudocode, or some other programming language. If you wish to code using another language, then you can learn it on your own, but it would have to be done outside of Scratch. For those who are interested, it may be worth checking out Tosh. It is a text-based programming language which serves as a text editor for Scratch projects.

The ST works in the MIT Media Lab, and others work from home. For your other questions, they probably keep that private.
