Ah, I see. But if you don't tell the person that you're reporting them, then it will be anonymous either way. We don't tell Scratchers who reported them.
Some people (including some that I know) have a fear of “oh no I'll be exposed if I report ___” so that's the only reason why I added it.
I get that, but again, there's really nothing to worry about unless you have told the user that you're reporting them, which isn't a very good idea anyway.
Ah, ok. Someone I know has severe OCD about that, so I added it in.

(sorta offtopic) you just labeled Scratch Cat as a “he”
Because he is a cat,If he gets humanoid,we can see his humanoid anatomy and real gender (Male indeed)

Why not use a studio?
the format of forums is much better for longer answers/replying and stuff than scratch comments where you can't see which exact comment reply someone is replying to.
So for something like a poll, where answers don't require more than 500 characters to answer, a studio could definitely work.
Personally I don't like the idea of using a studio to host a poll. To get it noticed, you need to invite your followers of the people you want to invite, and then you need the luck of them posting a comment. Trust me- it doesn't work. I have a good 110+ followers and only 5 see the studio.

I'm not sure we want to encourage anonymity, either, because if someone sends a message asking “Why was my project taken down?” but they don't include their username, then we can't help them.
I put in the part about anonymity if someone want's to report something and feels better if their report is anonymous.

1735: A question about IP bans at 3:57:33 PM 12/9/20204412742
1. No, the ST doesn't know it's you

2. I'm not sure, but most likely “Account Blocked”
1734: Are these allowed? at 3:49:08 PM 12/9/20204412723
1. Yes, not bloody or gory.

2. I don't know on this… *tosses my phone/8 ball in the air* CONCENTRATE AND ASK AGAIN LATER

3. It's a dude holding a blue stick. it's allowed.
Steam: Absolutely not. AFAIK, Steam has PMing and too many M-rated games to count (for anyone who's unfamiliar with ESRB, it's the highest-ranking)

Xbox: If you don't share it solely for PMing a user, yes

NS: Of course. There's no PMing, and to actually play with them you need to pay.
1732: HOW GRIPATCH GOT SO FAMOUS ON SCRATCH? at 3:42:25 PM 12/9/20204412712
dude fix your caps lock key

He's famous because;

1. He has a programming job, therefore is good at programming

2. He's not a kid

3. Literally every Scratch Team member is following him

4. He recreated Minecraft, Geometry Dash, and so many .io games I can't recall

5. He is g o d l y

Can someone just please tell if me if anything is bad or rude in the things? You guys didn't even answer my question! I know SML is inappropriate but are my versions bad, at least anything? I know mine doesn't have curse words are there any violence, bad phrases, anything?
We've answered your question multiple times. This is seeming more like view bait, so I'll summarize our opinions. Since SML is inappropriate for Scratch, your projects will get/are already NFE status despite if you omitted all offensive content because the series has offensive content.
Actually, content based on R-rated works are allowed if there aren't any inappropriate content.
read my whole post
How did you assume this? There are plenty of South Park projects which aren't NFE nor removed.
i know and not all get nfe'd, only the ones review by the ST are nfe'd
